- Because long-term retention of teachers in small towns, has limited their vision and ability to reflect on education, and teaching methods have been antiquados. B. - Strengthen the management in order to create good conditions for teaching

- Despite all the efforts we have made in education management and school, however the rural education problems facing our teachers tell us that improving the quality of teaching in these environments still faces many problems and difficulties. We only hope that through our efforts, we can carry out this work in a better way.
