A group of volunteers from Hong Kong help in Zhangpojiao
On August 11th, a group of 8 volunteers from Hong Kong, forsaking their own holidays, came to a Miao village to carry out medical services. In the village they have to overcome difficulties like lack of water and electricity, and even had to sleep in the floor or in huts made to store corn and wood, all in order to offer our Miao brothers and sisters medical and other kinds of services.
In the short period of time of half a month, they visited many families in order to understand their needs and their living conditions. Their hard work attitude earned the praise of the villagers. For these volunteers, this will be an unforgettable experience that will leave a lasting mark in their hearts!
